Privacy policy

This page describes what happens to the data of people who visit firstposition.ai and of those who request access to the platform. It is written by looking at what the site actually does. Last updated: 18 August 2026.

Who processes your data?

The data controller is WILLOR HOLDING LLC, which operates firstposition.ai. For any request concerning personal data, write to support@firstposition.ai: that is the reference address, and requests received there are handled.

What we collect, and only when

The site is static. During normal browsing we ask for nothing: there is no sign-up, no private area, no profiling of what you read. Personal data arrives at three moments only, listed below.

First

The access request form

Whoever fills in the form provides a contact name, company name, business email address, phone or WhatsApp number and website address. These are used to assess the request and to get back in touch: without a contact there can be no reply. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject.

Second

The Meta Pixel, if you consent

If and only if consent is given through the cookie bar, the Meta Pixel by Meta Platforms is loaded, linking the visit to advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. Without consent the script is not even downloaded. The legal basis is consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.

Third

Server logs

Like any web server, ours records the requests it receives: IP address, time, page requested, browser type. They keep the site running and protected. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in keeping the service up and defending it from abuse.

Where does your data go?

Form data is forwarded to the internal system that handles access requests, hosted on a domain of the same organisation (botlab.firstposition.ai), and is used to send two emails: the acknowledgement to whoever filled in the form, and an internal copy to our own address. It is not sold, not handed to third parties for their own purposes, and it does not feed anybody else’s marketing lists.

  • Meta Platforms — only with consent, for campaign measurement. Meta acts as an independent controller for its own purposes.
  • Cloudflare — the delivery network in front of the site: it sees traffic in transit in order to serve and protect it.
  • Resend — email delivery service. It receives name, email address, website and phone number in order to deliver the acknowledgement to whoever filled in the form and the internal copy to us. It acts as a processor, on our behalf.
  • No other recipients. There are no third-party analytics tools on the site: they were looked for and are not there.

How long do we keep it?

Form data is kept as long as it is needed to assess and manage the relationship with the person who sent it, and then for the time required by any legal obligation. Server logs are short-lived, tied to maintenance. To ask how long your data is kept, or to ask for its deletion, write to support@firstposition.ai.

What rights do you have over your data?

People in the European Union or the United Kingdom can exercise the rights granted by the GDPR. Requests go to the address above and get an answer.

  • Know whether we process data about you, and get a copy.
  • Have it corrected if it is wrong or incomplete.
  • Ask for it to be deleted.
  • Ask for processing to be restricted, or object to processing based on legitimate interest.
  • Receive the data in a machine-readable format, to take it elsewhere.
  • Withdraw consent to the Meta Pixel at any time, from the cookie policy or by reopening the bar with this link. Withdrawal does not affect what was done before it.
  • Complain to a supervisory authority if you believe something is wrong.

Transfers outside the European Union

The controller is a United States company and some providers operate outside the European Union. Transfers take place under the instruments provided for in Chapter V of the GDPR. For details of the safeguards applied to a specific provider, ask at the address given above.

Minors

The service is aimed at companies and professionals. It is not intended for minors and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If the site changes — a new tool, a new form — this page changes with it, and the date at the top changes too. Last updated: 18 August 2026.
