FirstPosition is software that measures how much a brand appears in answers generated by artificial intelligences, and works to improve its position. Access is not open: you request it, and it is assessed. The company works with a single client per sector and geographic area, so a sector may already be taken.

This needs saying plainly, because it is the easiest point to misread.

• Positions in the answers of artificial intelligences depend on third-party systems that change without notice. No specific outcome is guaranteed, neither in position nor in timing.
• Figures shown on the site as examples are illustrative: they describe what the software measures, not a result owed to whoever signs up.
• The contents of the site are informational and are not legal, tax or financial advice.

The site may be read, quoted and shared. It may not be used in ways that damage its operation or other people’s rights.

• No attempts at unauthorised access to systems or data.
• No automated collection that degrades the service. Crawlers of artificial intelligences are welcome and robots.txt admits them explicitly: what is meant here is bulk harvesting that slows the site down for everyone.
• No wholesale reproduction of the contents passed off as one’s own.

The FirstPosition name, the logo, the texts, the design and the software belong to the company or to those who licensed them to it. Third-party marks mentioned on the site — ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Grok, Copilot, Deepseek and others — belong to their respective owners and are cited to identify the systems being discussed, with no affiliation or sponsorship implied.

Sending the form does not create a contract: it is an application. The company assesses brand, sector and context, and may accept or decline without an obligation to give reasons. Whoever sends the form states that they are entitled to do so on behalf of the company indicated and that the details given are correct.

The site links to services we do not control. Those services have their own terms: we are not answerable for the content or availability of third-party sites.

The site is maintained with care, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or by causes outside our control. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use or the impossibility of use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liabilities that the law does not allow to be excluded, nor the rights the law grants to consumers.
